On a personal note, for as long as I can remember, I've been the one with the camera at family gatherings. That said, we all have so...many...photos, don't we?! Especially in digital storage. With this in mind, I work with every client from the very beginning to plan...how are we going to print your photos?! When we print our images, they become stories that can be remembered daily and passed on for generations. I've always believed that having photos on my walls has been a big part of making my home feel like "home". I want that for you, too.

In my own home, every morning when I'm getting ready for the day, I walk past three portraits of my husband and I that were taken during our ten year long journey with infertility. I'm reminded of and amazed at how much we worked through together! As I head downstairs for my first cup of coffee for the day, I walk past the gallery of images at the bottom of our staircase of our miraculous baby boy. At dinner time, I have a 20x30 image and two 16x20 images of my family on our favorite walking path that surround us in our dining room. And when I sit down to read or relax on the couch at night, I see the large framed image of my son with some of his cousins holding hands and running happily together on the wall next to the fireplace.  I take this photo of them in the same location and update it every year or two. I see it and I feel so grateful for the bond they share. My goals for this upcoming year are to have a portrait taken of my siblings and I and to also photograph images myself of each set of grandparents in our family with the grandchildren.
